FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Generally six hours for the inflatables and four hours for the bubble house. We start our deliveries in the morning and will pickup in the early to late afternoon. Late pick-ups (after 7 pm) will be charged an additional fee and could be picked-up the following day depending on schedule.

  • Yes. We deliver. We setup. We pickup. We provided all the “supplies” related to blowing it up, extension chords, stakes, etc. Delivery fees apply for most areas and range from $25-$150 depending on location, party time, etc.

  • We will coordinate with your no later than the day before your delivery date to schedule specific times. Delivery times vary based on half/full day rentals.

    We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested at 8pm or after will incur an additional charge of $50.

  • We accept credit and debit cards (paid via PayPal) as well as cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery if you are paying cash.

  • We require a $50 deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will will refund your deposit minus processing fees or the deposit can be applied to a future rental.

  • If you need to cancel your event, we will refund your $50 deposit minus processing fees or can be applied to a future rental. When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date.

    We ask as a courtesy that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling and/or rescheduling.

    If canceled after full-payment is made, we will refund payments minus processing fees if cancelation is made by 7 am the day the bouncer is to be delivered.

  • We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.

  • We are not renting bouncers at parks at this time.

  • The inflatable will be totally clean! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.

  • One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes anchoring an inflatable out of the ground and send it flying through the air with people on it. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions. We ask the renter unplugs or turns off the blower if the winds exceed 15 mph.

    Our bouncers can withstand rain. We do not rent bouncers multiple times in a day so we can work with renters in the event a party time needs to be adjusted to account for the rain. If we setup the bouncer, you will be charged full fee. If canceled due to weather only, the payment will be refunded minus processing fees.

    You have until 7:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone. Once the bouncer is delivered, payment is due in full. We do not offer refunds or discounts due to bad weather once the bounce house has been delivered.

  • There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.

  • Although tipping is not required, it is appreciated if you feel your delivery crew has gone above and beyond for you to make your event great.

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Renter agrees to hold FULL responsibility in ensuring safe operation of Inflate North Atlanta equipment, to follow any safety rules posted on Product(s) and/or verbally given, and to supervise the Product(s) rented and any and all participants. Renter understands and acknowledges that any activity in connection to Product(s) brings both known and unanticipated risks that could result in property damage, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or other damage or injury to participants. Those risks include but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding. Renter understands such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and

    hold harmless Inflate North Atlanta, including its officers, employees and/or agents from any injury, damages or claims that result from Renter negligence including any injuries, claims or damages asserted by Renters guests, invitees or third parties. Renter agrees to report any damage, injury or claim to Inflate North Atlanta within five (5) days of the reservation date; failure to do so will result in negligence from Renter and release of any liability or responsibility from Inflate North Atlanta. Further, Renter agrees not to hold Inflate North Atlanta, including its officers, employees and/or agents liable or accountable for any costs arising out of or in connection to attorney’s fees and/or claims brought up in court involving the use of any Product(s). Inflate North Atlanta shall indemnify and hold harmless, Renter, its employees, executives and agents from and against any and all damages, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, etc. incurred by Renter directly or indirectly, in connection with the rental of the above named rental equipment and/or attraction or attractions due to negligence of Inflate North Atlanta.
